Shabnur, the acclaimed Bangladeshi actress, got engaged to businessman Anik Mahmud on December 6, 2011, and married on December 28, 2012.

Unfortunately, the couple officially divorced on January 26, 2020, citing compatibility issues. Their union blessed them with a son named Aijan Nehan, born on December 29, 2013.

Beyond her acting career, Shabnur delved into education by founding Sydney International School in Baridhara, Dhaka, in 2011. Since 2012, she holds Australian citizenship and resides in Sydney, Australia.
